| PYRAMID ABRASIVE’S products have been developed to eliminate or greatly reduce the inherent drawbacks of coated abrasives/sandpaper. This product resists tearing and loading, unlike traditional coated products. If any loading does occur with this new product, it is easily removed with a brush, compressed air or water. This product is manufactured from various metals and has a specific profile and pattern chemically etched into the surface. To further enhance the durability of the etched substrate, highly wear-resistant coatings are applied. Additional coating treatments and techniques can be applied to produce different performance profiles for the most demanding abrasive applications. |
